Greece: ‘This will be a No heard around the world’
Responding to the Greek referendum results, Pete Green of Left Unity said:
“This will be a No heard around the world.
“The people of Greece have resisted every threat, every piece of establishment propaganda telling them a No vote would mean ruin, and asserted their democratic rights.
“The Troika’s attempt at regime change has failed.
“Now Europe’s politicians must get real, respect Greek democracy and stop trying to push austerity. The way to solve this is to cancel the debts.”
