Salman Shaheen of Left Unity said:
“David Cameron admits that migrants bring many benefits to Britain – but then says he wants to take away their benefits.
“He says it’s not about prejudice but contribution, but then snatches away in-work benefits from migrants who work hard keeping public services like the NHS running.
“Cameron claims he wants to reform the EU. But freedom of movement, which he is attacking, is one of the few good things about it. It should be extended not abolished.
“And he is supporting one of the worst things: the undemocratic EU trade deal TTIP, which will give more power to corporations.”
