The Principles of Inclusivity is written by Bob Williams-Findlay and is a comprehensive document that you would do well to read and consult, to get an overall understanding, but also when you need real detail about including people with particular impairments.
The Easy Access Guide is written by Micheline Mason and is particularly helpful when you need to get hold of what to do rather more quickly.
These guides may be altered or added to as time goes on.
