People United Against Austerity: London joins international mobilisation

This Saturday 1st June London will be joining more than 100 cities in 12 European countries in an international protest against Austerity in Europe. People will assemble at 2 pm at HM Treasury, King Charles Street, London, and then march to the European Commission representation in the United Kingdom

These protests follow the launch from Portugal of an international call to Unite against the Troika on 1st June. Reports are coming in of major protests, with some – like Frankfurt – already underway Find the international call here.

In Portugal, there are calls for demonstrations in 15 cities. In view of the political instability, the President called a meeting of the State Council to 20 May. The platform Que se Lixe a Troika! called a demonstration for that day at the Presidential Palace. The unions confederation CGTP called for the same location for Saturday 25 May, a week before the international demonstration.

In the Spanish State (also in English), after the 12-May-demo (2nd anniversary of 15M) the movement has its next journey on 1 June. There are news of meetings in several cities across the State.

Jean-Luc Mélenchon and the Left Front have declared in the press their support for the international call and are appealing for decentralized actions across France.

The German Blockupy movement, that brought together more than 20,000 in Frankfurt a year ago, has joined the call and its actions are already underway.

BROKEN BRITISH POLITICS – TORY PARTY A REGIME NOT A GOVERNMENT
Once an alien Country is found to be ‘non conforming ‘ to the UK’s agenda as set out for them ,the Government ostracize them and feed the British Public Propaganda to the extent that that particular leader is a Despot and an over controlling Dictator ,or make up lies about WMD’s .The more depressive the news concerning Syria and Riots throughout the World – are we supposed to feel how lucky we are it’s not happening here .Far worse is happening here the whole fabric of our society is being decimated by draconian Policies .A step by step process .Mass Unemployment ,Workfare,Liverpool Care Pathway,People with Disabilities abandoned and left to fend for themselves ,Poverty ,Bedroom Tax,Eviction and an openly Corrupt Political System .All this is totally ignored by our Politicians whilst they condemn other Countries for less . http:// brokenbritishpolitics.simplesite.com

Are the Greedy Gravy Train Grabbers feeling the pinch – don’t be ridiculous .A Prime Minister is similar to a CEO of an International Company with a potential work force of 30 billion Employee’s.
Under the CEO Different Departments are responsible for the overall running of the ‘Company’ with a particular Head who is responsible for the efficiency and cost effectiveness of that department .
The Board is similar to the Cabinet where the CEO chairs the meetings and oversee’s and discusses productivity and future adjustments to Company Policy .There the similarities end Self Interest takes over and no one appears to be accountable for their actions .Company theft is rife ,backdoor deals done ,nepotism abounds ,but who does the CEO’s and Directors blame for the Company Insolvency – the employees .Governments Incompetence holds no bounds .Don’t blame us just get on with the mess you’ve caused .http://brokenbritishpolitics.simplesite.com

Is that the same Pakistan that had Bin Laden staying for five years on their Army HQ’s doorstep until America carried out a mini invasion on the complex and allegedly expired Bin Laden,s Tenancy Agreement and life at the same time .Is there a remote possibility that Cameron has to play the World stage because he knows he is either despised ignored or is to be pitied here or all three .The Totalitarian EU condemning the Totalitarian US concerning being bugged ,they should have Cameron’s attitude “it saves us from bugging our own we just ask the US for the Information”.
