Any co-incidence that the Con/Dems pay £20m to Kenya, just as City of London are trying to set up African tax haven in Kenya? Lots of compensation claims over decades, so why this one? Why now? Using public funds to bribe for private gain – didn;t the Thatcher Govt finesse this trick?
