Thank you LU Staffs for making this film and supporting Veronica Kenning’s fight for us all. They say a picture is worth a thousand words… and a moving and speaking picture even more so. In my mind this work here is at the centre of what Left Unity is- or will be– all about, including its joining up with other forces to highlight this case ( not an isolated one unbelievably) more strongly. it can be surprising, the actual spark, that triggers a mass revolt. PERHAPS not yet, but ‘if winter comes can spring be far behind?’…
Thanks for making this great, if heartbreaking film. Below is a link to a fantastic short film about income inequality in the UK. When you see the two together it couldn’t be clearer that we need to take charge of our own futures!

Anyone got any contact details for Staffs LU? The nearest I could find on the site is Tamworth.

There isn’t a Staffs LU as such yet. Paul and the others who make the LU films are based in north Staffordshire and asked me to be an email contact for them.

have blogged about the bedroom tax and included veronica’s story. Would have liked to embed the video but don’t know how to as the url just gave me this article which I quoted in the reference list as I would have anyway.
